Photography has been a keen interest of mine since making my first pinhole camera. This passion for photography has never faded and I am now extremely pleased to be pursuing it on a full-time basis having established my own business -‘John’s Photography’ in 2005, based in Walmer, Deal, Kent. As with many other photographers my career has followed many different avenues, but I have always managed to embed photography into the positions I have held, as well as being a hobby.

To ensure the provision of a high quality service I am a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. I am also committed to my continuous professional development and regularly attend seminars to keep up-to-date and to learn from the experiences of others.

I focus on wedding, event, school prom, portraiture, and school photography. Photography is challenging, rewarding and I endeavor to make a photographic session an enjoyable experience. This enables me to create finished images that illustrate people in a relaxed and natural manner that will be cherished for years to come.
